Fowler Consulting Associates
Les Fowler, president of Fowler Consulting Associates, consults with individuals and organizations to help them manage change through performance management, management and executive development, and organization design. Early in his career, he worked offshore in the Gulf of Mexico for Standard Oil and in aircraft manufacturing as an engineering writer. As training manager with Bell Helicopter Operations in Iran, responsible for identifying and staffing operations. Mr. Fowler is currently working with clients in the marine industry, health care industry, aircraft/aerospace, telecommunications, high-tech manufacturing as well as the energy industry. Major companies include Saudi Aramco, Vought Aircraft, MCI, Convex Computers, and consulted with a joint venture composed of Chevron, Mobil, PetroCanada, and Gulf Oil of Canada.

Was established in May 2003 by a team of experienced shipping software professionals. From our offices at The Baltic Exchange in the City of London we service a select group of blue chip clients engaged in ship operations, chartering, broking (chartering and bunkers) and port agency.

Law Office Carl Kincaid
Established in 1932 in Rio de Janeiro by a US-born lawyer called Carl Kincaid, jointly with other Brazilian lawyers, was originally structured to provide legal assistance to foreign companies that at the time were beginning to invest in Brazil.
Over the past 70 years, our firm has become one of the most traditional law offices in Rio de Janeiro.
After Mr. Kincaid’s death in 1958, the firm remained active under the leadership of Senior Partner Antonio de Pádua Martins Britto, deceased in 2001, who was responsible for developing several outstanding lawyers still working in the firm.
